The story is moving around a car named Padmini. Jayaprakash is a city leader(Pannaiyar).  One day pannaiyar friend left his car to pannaiyar. But pannaiyar didn’t know driving, so he assist a driver to that car padmini, vijay sethipathi acted as the car driver. Everyone likes that car very much. Pannaiyar’s wife wants her husband learn driving. And also she want her husband to driver that car on their wedding day.  But vijay sethupathi fears about if pannaiyar learned car driving that he has to leave the car. The remaining story is about whether pannaiyar learned car driving or not, and whether vijay sethupathi left the car or not.

The story of this film is about a relationship between a four brothers. Ajith is the eldest one.  The three other are murugan, shanmugam, kumaran and senthil. They all living in a town ottanchatram.  Ajith thought if he married his wife might create disharmony between brothers, so he didn’t want to get married in his life. But his brothers very much interested that he has to get married a girl. So they planned to stay thamanah in their nearby home. Thamanah’s father is naazer, naazer’s family completely hates fighting, but  Ajith and his borthers often involved in fight in their town.  

One day ajith and his brothers went to thamanah’s home, where her father naazer  asked them to stay for a few days for one of a local festival. In the festival adul kulkarnie send his gangsters to kill naazer. The remaining story is about how ajith managed all those rowdies, and how he save naazer and his family.
