Aaha Kalyanam is a remake hindi film of Band Baaja Baaraat. Naani, Vaani kapoor & simran are starring in this film. Director of the film is Gokula Krishnan who worked as an assistant director of the famous director Vishnu vardhan. The most famous hindi film production company Yashraj films produces this film. This film is released on February 21^st 2014. Naani acted as sakthivel, vaani kapoor acted as shruti, Chandraleka acted as simran. This film was released in two languages Tamil & thelugu. 

Shruti is a final year college student. She worked as a part time employee in a marriage contract company. She wants to became a big successful person in this business. Sakthivel met shruti in a marriage & fell in love with her. He tries to become shruti’s friendship. So he asked shruti to join him as a business partner. But shruti first refuced then later she accepted his as her business partner. They both joined in a new company which is already running successfully . owner of the company is chandraleka. But some contradictions are raising in between chandraleka and them. So chandraleka broke up their relationship. After they started a new company in the name of “Getti Melam”. Lot of customers coming to getti melam because they were doing very well in a small amount.  One day night sakthivel had a close relationship with shruti. Then they both fell in love with each other. In a situation sakthivel & shruti broke their relationship and started to run their business separately. But they get loss in their business. At this situation a rich man asked them to work together in his marriage. The remaining story is about whether they successfully finished that marriage and whether they joined again or not..
